There is a 50% down payment when securing your date.
There is also a $500 refundable security deposit due the day of booking.
You may cancel the scheduled event in writing or by email up to 180 days prior to your event date. You will forfeit 50% of the rental deposit and 100% of the security deposit. Cancellations less than 180 days will forfeit 100% of your deposit and 100% of the security deposit.
You must provide a $500 damage/security check deposit along with the signed rental agreement within 10 days of the online booking and rental deposit. The damage/security deposit may be refundable after the event as long as there is no damage done to the facility and grounds.
Yes. All tables and chairs are included with Rentals. Please see our pricing page for packages and pricing.
Table service is not included.
We allow for self-catering or use of a licensed caterer. We are happy to provide you with a list of caterers in our local area that do a variety of food. You can find that list under the Vendors tab.
You may choose to have family or friends cater and serve the food. They will however need to sign a catering contract.
Yes, we have a 3-way liquor license. All alcohol is provided by Empeiria 110 and can be served by provided bartenders only.
We have multiple bar packages available to try to meet every need.
There may be an opportunity for you to have a 1 ½ rehearsal the Thursday before your event. There would be an additional charge. You will need to check with the Empeiria 110 team on availability.
