We started with a 5-year plan. It is so hard to believe that we are beginning our third full year!

So far, we have accomplished building our beautiful venue, a 40’ x 60’ pavilion (All rough sawn

lumber and black trusses, I might add!), our gorgeous large fountain, fencing and landscaping

around the venue, large parking area, our chapel (I’m in love with our custom chapel trusses!

Lee and Bray can do anything!), our pathway garden for more photo opportunities, and have

invested in many centerpieces, florals, and décor for our Transformation Package options. (We

will always continue updating our décor to stay up with the new trends!)

So, what are we up to in 2023?? Our entrance will have new black fencing and more

landscaping with industrial details added to our sign. We are restoring a cool electric industrial

golf cart for our photographers/videographers to chauffeur our brides and grooms to their photo

ops. The start of our biggest project of a pond with a conifer garden and waterfall will also happen this year. We get told by

almost every photographer that they love shooting at Empeiria 110, because we have so many

photo options, and they love our style. Our pond will be another space for even more great

shots! We have a great vision and can’t wait to see it come to life!

We are a construction family who loves to create. We never leave out the details that add to

our guests’ experience. Creating experience is the most important to us! We can’t wait to
