  • Groom’s Den – 400 sq ft – including TV, 2 sofas, custom sofa table with chairs,  custom coffee table, dressing area with overhead bins

  • Pavilion  40’ x 60’ with LED lights
  • Lawn wedding in front of our beautiful fountain 16’ x 12’ (Additional $200 set-up/tear-down fee)
  • Our amazing chapel (pew seating)

Pricing

  • Friday or Sunday – $4,100.00 (excludes Memorial Day & Labor Day)
  • Saturday – $5,000.00 (Includes Memorial Day & Labor Day)
Plus $500.00 Refundable Deposit
Rehearsal time extra fee- Thursday 1.5hr $300

* A responsible party is in charge of basic clean-up and will need to go through a checklist with an Empeiria 110 staff member after the event or party is responsible for personal belongings and additional $500 clean-up fee available

If you are looking for a venue for your kid’s reception or just anything this place is amazing! Each room has its own character you can tell a lot of thought went into every area of this venue!
